What is an HWID ban in Rainbow Six Siege and can a spoofer actually help?
Closed thread Closed by archivei got banned and made a new account on the same pc and it banned me again almost right away. someone told me that’s an HWID ban. what does that even mean and is a spoofer the fix or is that a scam?

Replies are closedyeah that sounds like a hardware ban. the ban isn’t just on the account, it’s tied to identifiers from your pc so new accounts hit the same wall

not ip, that’s different. hardware stuff, disk serial, network adapter id, gpu id and so on
and that’s what a spoofer changes. it presents different hardware identifiers so the pc looks like a different one. it doesn’t give your banned account back though, people mix that up

be careful buying these though, check the requirements. the page for one i looked at lists cloud DMA as required for full functionality, so don’t just click buy and hope. read the system requirements
